We found that Bull/Bear indicators for stocks and industries were inconsistent and confusing: we used to give stock a bull sign if the price is above MA150, but industry and sector could get a bull sign only when both ratios are greater than 1, in other words it required price to be above MA150 and also MA150 to be above MA200...

We have changed the logic and from now on you can see a bull sign if the Price is above MA150 for both stock and industry.

Do not be scared to see more bull signs now - all numbers are the same! The number of bull signs is larger now because we removed requirement for MA150 to be above MA200. Please, pay attention to both ratios though, we think both of them are important.

Only in February all subscriptions will last two times longer!

In the first 2012 update we added interactive charts to the Stock Analyzer (Interactive Charts section). Just move your mouse pointer from day to day and you will see all major numbers for the day, such as open/close price, major moving averages and volume. It also supports a longer term chart history and automatically switches to "weekly prices" if you select date range longer than 6 month.

On top of that, we added some basic explanation of the chart. Of course, this is not an expert system yet, but at least something for a newbie. By the way, if you think that something is missing, please, let us know and we will improve the system.

For those who think those bar charts available for financial numbers is not enough, we also added charts for yearly and quarterly statements right in the "Business Summary" section. Just a quick look will give you a sense if a business is growing or not.
